We combine biomechanics, somatic movement and mind body connection to design movement and breath programmes designed to support maximum performance. We’ll also inject some fun into the mix too. Life is serious enough!

We start with a chat to determine what your unique situation and challenges look like.
Then we work together to design a programme that works for you around your schedule.

We can deliver these sessions in person and online. We deliver them in your training facility or home or we can find a space to rent if appropriate.
The schedule is custom to you so we will work around your schedule.
