About
Our journey
We all reconnected with movement at pivotal moments in our lives. Yoga helped us navigate stressful and challenging times. When we came out the other side, we wanted to share that with others.
Life can be so serious and hard but if you change your perspective it can start to feel different. That challenge is harder for some than others because of varying levels of situational challenges. We all have our things to deal with.
Our approach to teaching yoga and movement is person centric and useful. We aim to facilitate the expected (and unexpected) movement patterns of unique bodies. Giving people strength and flexibility in body and mind. Movement should feel good and be fun. This is a huge part of our ethos!
Sam Davis
Sam found yoga because he was desperate to learn to handstand and because he felt a need to really slow down at the same time…life is about balance after all!
Sam likes the fluidity of yoga and its ability to ground and energise you at the same time. Sam teaches a bit of everything because he loves meeting and connecting with lots of different people. He’s a social butterfly and likes to have his perspective challenged so he can keep an open mind.
