Our workshops are custom designed to each businesses unique challenges. They are inspired by years of messing around and trying to not let life weigh us down. You can expect lots of playful games, movement, laughing and an overall feeling of lightness at the end.
We can design something to fit any team, no matter peoples shapes and sizes.
Typically a playshop involves:
Warm up and some ice breakers
A series of games and movement moments to address any workplace challenges
Mindfulness practice
A moment to share thoughts
